IT Project Coordinator
Coordination of Microsoft technology projects (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune): planning, tracking and communication of client projects, in support of the team.

The role
We are looking for a project coordinator to support our team in managing varied technology projects, mainly around Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Intune, etc.). You will be a core part of our team and take an active part in planning, tracking and communicating client projects.
Responsibilities
- Take part in project planning and tracking (tasks, schedules, budgets)
- Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings (internal or with clients)
- Prepare minutes, presentations and progress reports
- Collaborate with project managers and specialists to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Help coordinate deliverables, manage risks and solve problems
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project-management tools and processes
Who we're looking for
Education
- Training in project management, administration, information technology or a related field
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (English an asset)
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and the ability to manage several priorities
- Team spirit, autonomy, proactivity and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, Planner, etc.) — an asset
- An interest in technology and the IT consulting field
